I'm confused, this is a German website advertising cars, but the car appears to be in Italy? Still seems cheap for a lhd 180.

Yep correct. Quite a lot of cars in Italy get advertised here as they tend to be cheaper, though often lacking in niceties like service history and so on. With that mileage he should have changed the cam belts twice . nearly 3 times I suppose. I wonder if he has.

90k per belt change on the 180, so still on the first replacement set until 180k as age won't get there first. I know the italians have their super cars, but would you buy a car from there? After driving on some of their roads I doubt I would! Most cars seem battle scarred due to the manner in which they tear around the city centres and the state of the roads, however nothing compares to Paris!
