Not strictly true. I had a zr120+ which had all the electrics but no aircon. I do agree a + should have electric windows though.

my sons 105 is a + model with no aircon i think it was mainly the 160's that had it

Yeah it's only the ZS+ that came with aircon, the ZR+ Models have Electric Mirrors, Electric Windows and front foglights
