Have 8K on mine, fantastic, even better in the snow here in Poland, They should have been fitted as standard!

nah, all the kool kids have 10k
But as above, a guy on the ZR site did a group buy a few years ago of the type in that ebay link - turns out they came from the same factory as the Hella units at twice the price!
I had mine fitted to both the ZR and ZS - meaning I'll never own a car without them ever again. Once you get use to them going back to normal bulbs is like driving with just the sidelights on!

depends on what look you want. I got 10k because they are quite blue, and they were going on a blue car.
I think 6k are the most legal looking
There was a tread from years ago with pictures of them all to show the differences, but I can't find it now! It might well have been on the ZR site

correct 6k look the most standard 8k have a slight blue tinge and 10k have a very blue tinge, the 6k project the most light due to the colourbut the blue looks way cooler

technically no aftermarked HID kits are legal, but I went through 3 MOTs, numerous police spot checks and traffic stops without any issue

there was some debate if they passed an MOT on the Mk1, some people had them fail and some passed

my car failed its mot because it had hids fitted,so the last owner took them out,boo
