What about just buying a cheap whole car ... Mattie reckons he's seen a few going for just over a grand - then robbing all you need engine-wise and breaking the rest ?

I know dogsbe has a KV6 engine that he was trying to flog to me over the weekend, he's based in Stafford though, dont know if you would fancy the trek haha!

are they the same if you change the plenum and coil packs?

As far as I am aware it's best to avoid the early KV6's fitted in the 825's as they were chronic for hgf!! Poor manufacture tolerances and the fact that they were pretty much thrown together by hand were the main causes:)
