Well the ZS has gone and is currently making it's way up to Dumfries via the A1.

Nice fella that bought it, who came down with his son who drives a vvc Coupe, so they clearly have Rover / MG in the blood.

I'm off to New Milton later on the train to pick up the Focus from my father-in-law.

Least its gone to a good home by the sound of it.

Sure the Focus will be OK, save a few quid on fuel for a start, and Insurance, and tax (the list goes on and on)

Back home .....

And it may be that I'm fooling myself ... but ... it drove well. New Milton to High Wych in 1hr 58 and the MPG comp said 53.4.

That's why I got it.

Sorry lads and lassies .... but I doubt very much that I'll ever own a ZS again. I have of course directed the new owner to this site ... and I hope he signs up as he's a really nice fella.

Few bits to come in a for sale thread in a bit.
