hi its had internal engine mods as well as a remap, upgraded injectors, fuel pump, air filter and exhaust if you are unsure then please dont bid as all this cost £3800 im not botherd if it dont sell as i will just keep it and get in on rolling road like i said my mate had a wrx sti which was running around 280BHP and this stayed with him till he got to 112MPH then i shot passed as his sti was still limited to 112MPH this is better on fuel and alot cheaper to insure than anything like that

I was looking at this and thought Id ask a few questions about it........

Hi just wondered what internal mods have been done to the engine, Camshafts, throttle bodies, forged pistons, supercharger, Nos? Also im intrested in why the injectors were uprated as the std ones handle over 300bhp?

Do you have any pictures of the engine bay? What would you accept for cash?

when the uprated fuel pump was fitted they could not handle it so was told injectors needed uprating and yes internal mods are Camshafts, throttle bodies, forged pistons if you send me you email ady i will get some of engine bay £2500 cash would buy it or sensible offers

Although it made 305bhp so its lost nearly 20bhp since then!! If a set of cams gave you almost 60% increase in power we'd all have them! :w00t:

Seems like the company that RR it before and gave a result of 305 may want to do some calibrating!!

I think they guy was conned into thinking it had 305bhp when he 1st brought it and when he realised it didnt he want shut ASAP

TBH i dont think the car looks to bad even with the dodgy bodykit shame the last two owners have been muppets lol

hi mate, i see your claiming the mg is 305bhp? its virtually impossible to get a kv6 up to that...

supercharging it wont even make 300bhp

i personally know for a fact this is running 195bhp and had a dodgy plemum as 1, i know the guy you bought it from and 2, i was there at a MG ZS meet where it was rolling roaded.

have fun selling it.


all we need now is somebody to fire off a question asking what gearbox, and clutch hes using, and if hes running a lsd. lol

To be honest Adam dont think its totally the sellers fault, think he got sold it as a 305bhp car and got taken in himself and possibly honestly believes it to be a 300bhp car. Guys a real tool though :laugh:

ha ha i saw this car few weeks ago and also questioned the mods to justify the power claim, he never replied ,lol.
i reckon i'll fire another one off now asking how come its suddenly lost 130 bhp !!
