Sold as a non-runner - no clutch. Will go for pennies I reckon. Any breakers out there ?

Looks a bit tatty, but is says non-driver , no clutch.
Buyer's fee on a car for ?200 ain't gonna be that much !

Im sure bca mesham charge ?150 buyers fee for cars under ?1000
I'd put money on it being the master/slave cylinder :D
