Shell 'Fuelsave'

Seen lots of stuff promoting this recently. I use shell all the time. Its going to actually replace its standard unleaded and diesel. Is it just the same as normal unleaded/diesel and Does it just give you about a litre extra motoring? (from a 50l tank) What the deal with it? If thats it its hardly anything to get excited about surely?

I filled up on friday and cant really say ive noticed any difference at all with consumption I seem to get about the same amount of miles to a tank full dont think its anything to get excited about only good thing is the price from shell for me 112.9 a litre from near me.
