PTP, or Motobuild, both have lowered springs for a 110.

I wouldn't recommend buying 110 springs from motobuilds. I did, only to find out that they are P.I. springs for a civic, so you can get the exactly same ones for about half that on ebay.

Mine lowered alot at the front, but didnt drop at all at the rear.

The 105, 110, 120 are all the same in regards to suspension it's only the dervs and 180's that differ due to the heavier lump up front :)

You could always sell your shocks and springs, people fit them to 400,45's as are an improvement, saves hassle of swapping springs.

Ive heard of cutting springs before but not that, Its not quite as simple as squashing the springs.
Also Id be cautious of what the heat does to the properties of the metal.

I bought some motobuld springs for my 120 off ebay for ?80iirc (never used too) then sold my zs springs for ?50 that was quite a result :)

I wouldnt go for that option i would only buy the springs that are already lowered . Heating springs up and compressing them cant be good its gotta weaken the spring somehow i,m sure i wouldnt trust it anyway not a chance
