Aye the red one leaks like a sieve though, as all the factory seams weren't seal properly, and it is ONLY 1 of 400 Factory built cars!!!!, does that mean all the rest were built in sheds or they're not factory built!

I have 2 people going to check the white one out for me tonight, ive been doing some checks and found it was xpg then had a rear smack, got repaired and sprayed white.
then had the front smack.
the people checking it for me are going to go over it with a fine comb,

any info would be really good please guys as I would like this car but seeing the pics have made me worried.

I'm not so sure on this, if it has been repaired front and back what is it's true worth now? If it was a cat D for the rear, did it go via insurance for the front? Eitherwise it may have been written off as an uneconomical repair considering the lower value due to first prang.

All well and good if you can afford to take the risk, but come the time to sell on you might have trouble.

I remember driving behind this car 4 years ago at a cruise in Hamilton. It looked immaculate and was a head turner.

IMO, I would give it a miss and buy a well sorted zed, and wrap it if u want.

i wud never pay ?2.450 for a car thats been in both a front and rear end smash not worth half that imo

It was Cat D the first time, Cat C the 2nd time when it was on ebay.

It was being sold by this company

If it was cat C, wouldn't it need a VIC, which isn't actually a check of the quality of any repair, just a identity check

front end been smacked & repaired

rear end again after paint job ( not the 1st rear ender another )
Alloys are nackard ( all need referbing )
boot needs respray ( paint cracked from rear ender )
rear bumper needs repray ( cracked due to rear ender )
mirrors need respay ( cracked and damaged )
no grills on bumper ( not been put together very well and no grills )
no service history ( nowt not even MOT's, does have a VIS though )
Drivers seat is ripped and snagged

White only on panels not on the insides, the inside of the engine bay etc all still XPG

Drives OK but my Guys think its not even worth ?500

Matts first words over the phone to me where, Its a SHED!

If I'd been looking to buy the car, I wouldn't have even knocked on the bloke's door. A 2006 MG is a rarity, which makes it all the more of a shame. To add insult to its many injuries, it was filthy inside and out.
