What's the weight difference with the T16 compared to the KV6 ?
As if you get 180 lowering springs and the T16 is much lighter you won't get much of a drop at the front.
I think you would be better of with the lowering springs for the 120.

T16 is a beasty cast iron lump! Probably similar weight to the KV6 :)

Probably have collies by the time T16 is finished anyway, just want something for some xmas lows whilst still running the KV6 lol

If it's just till after X-mas then why not just cut the springs you've got ?

The T16 is a heavy old lump of cast iron, very similar to the light weight ali KV6.

TBH I would either go for the coilovers before you do the transplant or after and not bother with lower springs at all.

I meant the civic that shares the same body shell as the ZS :)

None of the Civic lowering springs will be any use the T16 is too heavy for them.
There is no significant weight difference between the kv6 and the T16.

Motobuild do two versions of lowering spring for the 180, either -35mm, or -20.

I tried the -35s, they made the car look uber tough, but didn't do the handling any favours......240bhp skateboard springs to mind.

A popular move in civic circles is to fit things like ZS180 anti roll bars as they are stronger.

They also prefer the ZS steering wheel as it is smaller.
