Yes that is where you would fit foglights, you don't have them as the first owner of your car did not specify them from the factory(optional extra). You should have the wiring behined them bumper so iirc all you will need are foglights, switch and possibly a relay?!?! Pricewise, i have not a clue:)

Looks wise, personally the car looks better with foglights than without.

had the same line of thinking with mine, although only thing thats put me off is the risk of stuff (mostly water) getting sucked up the CAF when its placed so low down...

do you find thats a problem at all?

You will if you drive behind someone on the motorway in heavy spray, but what I did instead of having the ram-air effect of putting it right in the hole was sit it inside the bumper void near the hole, but not directly in the air path. That way cold air floods into the space and the filter can suck it from there. Also gives any water a chance to drop down before it's sucked in too

When the zed was my daily driver I bonded some speaker grill over the aperture. Nothing got through that, except air! I have been running it open for about a year with no ill effects but I do avoid puddles and the like just incase ;) It would take some doing to suck up alot of water and get it past the filter unit. The pipework have a reasonable down run to it so minimises the trapping of water.
