I've spoke to this guy, a couple of weeks ago. 79k, No history but he is desperate to shift it. This is what he claimed it owed him;

well andy,i gave 750,for it 75 recovery,for it,100 for rear bumper ,50 for chassis leg extension,75 paint and materials and repaired it so its all drivable(all of the damage was behind the bumper,its been hammerd and dollied ,new end of chassis and is seam sealed and painted to a good standard)if i said my labour was 200 the total i want back should be 1250?????the reserve was set at 1350 inc mot, having said that i do need to shift this and a few other cars asap,so bid me,regards marc

Caterpillar was MGR spares supplier, I can't think of any other connection.
