The 120 was in for its pre MOT today. Pre, because I wasnt very confirdent on it passing. The screens cracked, its got chavy blue headlight bulbs and theres a knocking from the n/s/f.

With only having the car 4 months and with it being winter, I havent done much to the car to see if its a goodun lol.

So, I foned the garage to get the bad news, the tester says its failed, which I was expecting anyway.

"It needs a n/s driveshaft gaitor" he says

"What else does it need" I say

"Nothing else" he says

Its going back in on Friday to get the gaitor and MOT pass. Gona be not too much over ?100 including MOT fee and its all done :)

Might see what I get for it with 12 months MOT :)

Not a bad result, considering what some cars cost to get through.

I would love a t16 mate, but I think a 180 is more likely

Quite like when these MOT reports come in as it's usually Good news PASS or very minor work to rectify.
Lots to be said for these cars or is it because as proud owners we are looking after them well. ? Like to think it's a bit of both.

Mine needed a new gator on one side and had an advisory on the other but then it is a 10yr old 95k motor.
