We live on a two way hill, goes down the road, and our drive slopes the other way. Changed the daughters Ford Galaxy wheel using her o/e jack, putting the spare on, the push to get it up and on was enough to push the car off the jack.

All went in slow motion, lucky no one was near, or under it, got the trolly jack out and managed to lift it up. Had the son in law pushing on one side, while I pushed the spare on the other.

Got away with just a bit of a ding on the vallance under the rear door.

Just shows how easy these thing happen. Sounds like you did a good job without your tools.
