Hi guys

someone told me I should replace the clutch if I want to fit a lightened flywheel.

what type of clutch kit(detailed info, preferable some links) should I buy together with the lightened fly wheel?

or can I just replace the flywheel without changing the clutch ?

what's the difference? what's the point of chaning clutch kit?

what else should I buy if I wanna fit a lightened flywheel

Cheers

Kai

To change the fly wheel its a gearbox and clutch remove job (?600 dealer prices)

so you might as well change the clutch to save money long term... like this one... http://www.autogateway.co.uk/NewShopByCategory.php?lstMakes=1874&lstYear=2001&lstModels=ZS_2.5&lstBodyTypes=118_23&lstCombination=148843&PartName=ClutchKit&source=googleps#bottom7

However why would you want to change the flywheel??

if you are fitting the lighened fly you have top remove the clutch to do this.... ergo it makes sense to put a new clutch in while you are there.

standard OE clutch will be fine, but you could hunt around for a cheaper one...
