To Kev G and Marcus "ladyhands" Buckeydevil today for replacing my leaking thermostat housing ,not a pleasant job to say the least with four of five years of coolant leaking into the V and leaving a hell of a mess in there ,but job done in the end couldn't have done it without you guys thank you very much.Once again the members on this site pull through to help others out :bow::bow::bow::thumbsup::beer2:

Was the least i could do .if you had arrived earlier there was rolls with bacon and tattie scones on the go as well.but cheers again.

Glad to see it sorted mate, been a long time due. And it could only be site members that would help, this is the best forum in the world ever (even better than if Carlsberg did an MG forum!)

Aye it was a bit of a mess in the vee, as Grimmy said 4/5 years of leaking coolant leads to a horrible sight.
The brown sludge is the remains of the coolant in a solid form, not diarrhoea as we thought it resembled:sick:
Once all back together we cleaned the vee with a jet of clean water and some fairy liquid and it washed out well.
Also a few shots of Marcus's car and mine.:thumbsup:
A huge :thumbsup: Grimmy for being a good host and his missus for the rolls, tea and jaffa cakes, and also to Grimmy's cat Jasmin for being a complete nut job!!:bounce:

Great to see the work the guys did for ye Grimmy, even ladyboy:D An think of the money you will now save not having to buy coolant all the time now lol:D
