car tax question

im a bit worried i paid ?245 last year for a years car tax! my tax runs out end of this month has it gone up to ?260 or ?445 as i just checkers car tax calculator and its not showing up the price now!

ah dont worry just checked dvla and its ?260 for the year, still a ?15 jump though

Remember peeps it's not a tax it's a 'Road Fund License' although from what I can tell not a lot of this fund actually goes to the roads!! Its like the moon where I live!!!!

It did - I couldn't get to the post office yesterday so went this morning .... Same disc yesterday covering the exact same period was about ?6 cheaper !

That's why I rushed out on budget day, down to the Post Office, lucky, had just got a new MOT that morning on the Punto, or I could have done it online.

The ZS was due as well but that went through on line few days before.

Well all I can say is thank you to the government for finally making up my mind up with what I will be doing with my 180!

Time for something else me thinks before my tax runs out end of the month!

Yeah I know it's kinda just the final straw for me really!

I have a long list of things that need doing on the car many costing a bit to do and it no longer cost effective to keep!
