Where do I get the resistor pack for resolving the 'not blowing on 1 or 2' problem?

You can either repair or buy a new one.................Loads on EBAY.

To repair you need to be able to solder.

I'm sure someone was offering an exchange service on repaired ones.

Does the mk1 180 have the same resistor as the mk2 110?

Yes I believe so, as long as you don't have atc which uses a different resistor pack

its just a mk1 180 with dials so assume it must be the same, will whip it out and try it anyhoo!! :P
