MGF 97 sorn

We have a 97 reg MGF here we want rid of. It's currently SORN with a couple of issues:
- Gear linkage? It's stuck in 1st
- Coolant leak
- Suspension leak? (has needed pumping about twice a year)

The body isn't in bad shape, 113000 on the clock. If anyone is interested they're welcome to take it away if they can beat best quote from a scrappy!

Locally we are lucky to get ?50, that I'd offer you. maybe a bit more.

The scrappy hasn't offered 350. That's a starting price, open to offers! Figured it might be worth something to someone either to get back on the road or to strip/sell for parts.

When I had mine it got stuck in gear and I thought it was a gearbox problem that turned out to be linkage! Easy fix!!!!

I would have that off you if you weren't so far away!!!

Yep, suspect that its probably an easy fix. Hemel Hempstead? That's north London, no? Car is in Tooting, south west London.

The car would drive if gear issue and leak was fixed. Engine is sound otherwise. New head gasket, water pump, belts at 110000 miles. My friend just wants rid of it as he has a new car on the way.
