Just looked at the Sept issue of the MGCC mag.

In their report on the Zed 10 they had a photo, other way round from my one, their one starting at the red ZS, Taphouse, then Talkingcars, Stamford, Daytona, Welshone and then me.

Wife has tided up and the mag has disappeared, but our scanner is down so couldnt do much with it anyway.

My old 180 would have pissed over every single one of those without a doubt and id put a tenner on it

Id have entered it into that in an instant

I wouldnt put ur money on it
The ZT V8s are very loud!
A V8 with a straight through will be louder than a v6.
My ZS isnt quiet but not as loud as those v8s!

Did u ever here my 180 on full chat it wudnt be far off

When i told the Powerflow bloke how i wanted it to sound i said "Touring Car Loud"

i live very close to a Dual Carrigeway (literally a stones throw) And my dad and a Few of my Neighbours who were also theyre at the time said they could here me giving it some for about 10 mins up the carrigeway

So not quiet in the slightest

Well spotted Pete.

When I heard those 260's I decided no, won't be entering the chav exhaust competition as I knew mine wouldn't be near them. I wouldn't say mine's quiet but also not as loud as the one that won it, it was awesome.

My mate's got a V8 ZT and would swap for my ZS in a heart-beat. The fuel's killing him. He runs a ZR diesel too and punts the V8 for fun, but spends too much time in it ....

Hmmmm .... My ZS straight swap for a ZT V8 ....

Dan, use your head mate, it'll drink fuel like a tramp. As much as I would have one myself it would be a weekend toy and not a daily runner.

Since when have I done that Stamford !!!

Be a nice toy, I've been in it, and the power delivery and noise is amazing .....but I can't justify the running costs ..... The ZS is hanging in there !

lol........My dear old grandad even when he was 80, had a Jenson CV8. Boy was that fun!!!! Not all oldies are slow coaches, just 99% :no:

Her point is that the ZT looks like a car that would be driven by a grandad so some one who isn't a grandad shouldn't.
