Well as most know, I am selling the 110 to make way for a second 180.

Can someone give me a rough idea on how much I should expect as Autotrader ranges from sweetie money to the ridiculous!

There is a thread I posted a month ago here:

http://www.themgzs.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?t=17769

Not much has changed bar the MG vinyls (gone) and I will be putting the standard lights back on.

IDEAS?

I had a good look at it outside when you and Kat where through here,,
I'd reckon on ?2k for a quick sale ?2.5 or plus if you hold out for a Wise buyer who knows better...
Only suggesting these prices as I reckon its what I would be looking for..
Some not so wise buyers go for the cheaper option only to be stung with hefty bills later on..
Reckon you could easily sell & buy a good 180 with the money..
Just need to find the wise buyer now,
Good luck..

Yeah gonna put up a thread tomorrow on a few sites and then on eBay. I am going down south for Silverstone in 4 weeks so would like to tie it in with that if possible.

I agree with you, I'd prefer top dollar :)

blair i`ve just beem offered one for ?1500. you need to look outside the box at the mass market. lovely looking cars and enthusiasts want top dollar, but average joe won`t pay ?2500 for a car he can get much much cheaper elsewhere.

sorry to sound blunt, but realistic :)

lovely car btw

Realistically I know I won't be getting ?2.5k but I paid more than ?1.5k for it only 3 months ago which included getting the belts changed so won't be accepting that low a figure. If I break even I'll be content.

Bearing in mind it has the 180 bodykit too so not just a basic 110. Will see how things go when I look to sell. I'm not fussed if it takes a few weeks.

I've just bought one off a member on here for a grand. Its by no means mint but bargains are out there to be had.

Realisticly i'd say ?1600-?1800.

I paid ?2k for it including getting the belts done etc 2 months ago, not looking to lose ?500 on it in that short space of time I'm afraid. In no rush to sell it until after Silverstone next month, then will actively look to sell it. But as with everything, a good offer wont be missed :)

did a deal at ?2200 for the 120 fsh 2005 with 38k belts changed and a previous head gasket replacment also has grey alacantra was from a dealer hope that helps with pricing with mgs now days it seems to be a buyers market tho
