Anyone used it? What were the fees involved on top of the winning bid? Realise there is a ?40 registration fee more wondering what addition costs there are.
Also is it possible for the public to buy a cat B if its gonna be broken for parts or do you need a breakers license.
Looking at a couple of lots they have up at the minute to take the engine for our single seater project.

If you want to buy cat b salvage you need the correct licenses for handling oil waste etc, so in essence it means that cat b stuff can't be sold to the general public, you could buy a cat c, and then sell off the unwanted bits to offset the cost of purchase.

Ah thought that would be the case its a pity as theres a cat B that would have been quite tasty
just for info Jay my 75 Cost me ?800 plus i think it was about ?100 in fees but you can only buy C and D cat cars
