That's what I just got from a full tank of fuel in the 180, and I could of squeezed some more out as well but didn't want to push my luck. Went down to Bodyflight in Bedford Thursday and just tried to keep her at a nice 65 ish most of the way (wasn't in any rush).

Is that any good then folks? What's the most some of you lot have got out of 180's?

Thats good, I was always pleased if I could get 300 from a tank in my 180.

Well thinking it isn't spark related at all due to the economy front but it feels a bit better, no idea why??. I wiggled lots of things about but it is still there and has the occasional fit. I am thinking more and more that it may well be iac or a very slight split in the manifold somewhere/vacuum leak.
I should, all being well have a new (2nd hand) manifold going on there within the next week or so with new throttle body and all the gubbins that come with it like iac, tps etc.
So will go from there. Also going to put a tank of Optimax in there and some injector cleaner in with it. Fingers crossed. It still pulls strong and fast in all gears.

I have managed 401. That was light on just before filling up to go see my daughter. Steady 60mph up the M6 (honest) and back. Thats 350 plus another steady cruise couple days later to Lydden Hill. Light came on showing 401. Filled up as would be hurry on way home. (more than 60 then!!!)

I find the throttle pedal position at 60-65 is so comfy and the car itself is so relaxed, its easy to just cruise at 60. The V6 is just ticking over.

That way leaves more petrol for those country lanes mmmmmmm

Got to Fort William on less than a tank, 564 miles!

I never did a tank to tank comparison but I used to get 32 MPG on a 400 mile round trip.... on a private road going faster than 60 thou ( not silly dangerous speeds but nice and brisk )

Surely not in a 180, that would be close to the impossible :hmmm:

In my hamster wheel powered 120!
Best I ever for in a 180 was 115 miles but that was on a trackday :D

I use mine for the commute and I regularly get 360-370 miles from a brimmed tank.

Yeah, I know what your saying bud. I travel a 56 mile round trip to work every day mainly on dual carriageway's and could get that fairly regular I think but I just can't always ignore these little chav's in their fart boxes who try and give it full beans whilst hanging off my back bumper........but they aint there for long

I got a record 430 miles out of mine cruising to Sheffield and back at a steady 75mph... my ZS seemed to get more efficient the faster you went lol

It did have Janspeed manifolds and sports cat, dunno if that made any difference
