4 month old Iphone4

16gb Iphone4 in black, 4months old
screen is unmarked, few pocket scuffs on the back but nothing to write home about,
only fault is the volume up button on the side has for some reason stopped working, the volume down is fine,
u can still do the volume on the ipod bit or the new iso5 screen lock.
I downloaded iso5 onto it just the other day,
it does have the tomtom sat nav but im unsure if the new person will be able to use it or not as i do not know if its just locked to my apple id.
