I saw that going round Knockhill in about 2003 I think it was. Good grief it could shift!

But being a one off is going to hurt it just as much as it will help sell it. If anything went wrong with it I can't imagine it would be easy to find parts for... and if you could then they wouldn't be cheap!

And there lies the dilemma. Do you spend £20,000 on a bona fide race car and cry when it breaks, or £20,000 on a good looking paper weight?

Or £20,000 on a twin KV6'd ZS ;)

Remember that lapping knockhill pretty much a beast no one could tame seen it facing backwards at the hairpin a few times

it sold at the original auction in 2006 I think it was (when MG S&R was sold off totally!) for around the £40k mark I'm sure. Looks like it won't be far off it this time round.

I was seriously tempted, but I've got too many expensive projects on the go already

Does anyone know what the Dreadnaught ZT went for at the Autosport show?
Was that purchased from the SnR sale originally?

I'm sure they bought it just before the break up

Yes, sold @ auction for 16k plus commission. Then was put up for sale by the purchaser for around £40k.
