Right clutch has started to judder now, quite noticeably. I have had a couple of quotes, first one was Mr. Clutch for £363 and the other is a local clutch specialist for £369 all in.
Is this any good??
Also as an after thought, how easy are the wheel bearings to do and is there a How to anywhere?

Many Thanks ;) :)

Is the judder when pulling away?

Yeah mate, also when you take your foot off the accelerator there is a noticeable jerk and I have changed the TPS so don't think it's that.

Interesting. I only ask because I have exactly the same problems.

The only issue is that if I'm replacing the clutch I'm going to want to drop a lightened flywheel in too ;)

Well I am going to put about half in this month and the rest in March, might look at the cost of a lightened flywheel.
What are the benefits of a lightened flywheel? Faster revving?

Essentially yes, due to there being less weight on the crank.

Without meaning to hijak the thread does anyone know how easy it is to do a DIY clutch change. I'm thinking the labour savings could be used to replace the release bearing and slave cylinder as well.

The 180 one is a lot dearer unfortunately. Always will be for a v6 ;( That's the pleasure's of owning a powerful car
