Well my old Rover has turned double figures! Having been the owner for the last 6 years, its always been a great car, mostly trouble free and I have never wanted to sell. Going for a service next week to sort a oil and coolant leak then hopefully its good for a few more years and maybe one last track day ;)

Treated it to a new sticker :D

Rovers do seem to last if looked after!! If it was a a 90's Vauxhall you'd be taking it to the scrappy with terminal rot :) lol

Nice looking Zed !!

Wearing well.

Mine was 10 on the 2nd of January.

I also have an oil leak, perhaps it's age related.

10 years old next month.
On subject of stickers I was behind a car with an A500 ring sticker but I couldn't find one for mine
(A500 runs between J15 & 16 of M6 - would make a great circuit if you could shut the M6 & 500 for a day)

I picked my 180 as they didnt rust as fast as the mondeo st's. Guess mine is 10 years old now.

was going to say i see a picture of an MG there not a rover........

the only thing bodywork wise that has let me down on mine - was a botched windscreen replacement before i got it (like a lot of the botched stuff that happened to it before i bought it) causing it to rust recently and crack the screen as a result.

The Rover comment was tongue-in-cheek! It's 100% MG!

Bucky- its great on the track. Been on 3 now and it's fantastic round the corners. Maybe down on power to some cars you come up against but it eats them in the corners! My mate has a Astra SRi 170 and although it was quicker in a straight line, over a lap there was nothing in it
Try one at your local, I assume Knockhill, and you'll love it!
Its still a car you look back at when you've parked up :)
