I know the seller of this is on the forum- BUT:
Im probably gonna be getting a bit of comeback for sticking this one up,
So what, seller Im ready..

This on the outside isnt too bad looking,http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3670958.htm
but when ive seen it last there was only water used for coolant & even that was low,
sure you have some nice suspension mods but I will pis'h on your parade of boasting 150bhp from a remap after talking to you at Falkirk cruise as you got your ECU (CHIPPED) ..
Shouldnt need tell lies to sell a car..

You told me you where a mechanic mate,,, seriously ??
Buyer beware..

Fixed the link bud,,, Im not annoyed but I dont like the thought of anyone on this forum looking for a good car and getting ripped off, even more so when it's another forum member telling porkies,
I will probably bump into this guy again, then sort it out in person..
or if he can prove his 1.6 makes 150 BHP then I will appologise.

Very frustrating. I've been on the receiving end of a car that's not quite had all its issues disclosed. It's frustrating as hell and can be expensive. Kudos for letting us know mate.

Might be the reason he is asking above normal price and outwith the forum .
But good for forum members to know or at least ask questions..
Looking forward to my next Falkirk cruise now.

£2k later with my Defender that came with a glowing vehicle report I can totally agree :nugget:

There's no point in ripping people off and behing dis-honest to make a fast buck

Exactly. I was never that much out of pocket but stresses the same point Ross.

it's not quite that much yet - but I have a feeling it soon will be.

Plus for that sort of money you would expect to be able to enter it into the nearest MG concours d'elegance

Well I'm hoping to make my mk2 a pretty stunning example but time and taste will tell!
