foglight switch w/o fogs?

Hey, been looking at a zs lately and from looking at the pic im positive it doesnt have front fogs yet it has the switch inside?

would MGR put the switch in without the fogs (i can see the white symbol on the button) without fogs or is it just the photo?

I doubt they'd have put in a button that wasn't ever used.... Someone may have added it as a switch to turn on and off some aftermarket thing / mod they've done.
