not so much at the moment - sat at the farm in need of a new clutch.. and no real further progress on the pressure - while i wait from some electronic to be built for me.... the end is in sight - but the dates just keep going backwards and the months turn to years

I could have swapped the clutch out myself in the time that it has sat there - but as with all things - something has come up.....

Also need to work out friction plate options as i dont really want another padle one if i can help it.... day to day it was a pain in the ass - and bristol is full of hills.... having to stop and use the handbrake when traffic is only crawling is a major PITA!

Nothing to serious then, is it chewing through clutches at the min or is it general ware and tear? My 4 had a 4 puk and it was a mere in traffic, I went exedy stage 2 and that's good for 350lbs torque so might be worth a punt to see if you can get a match..

no it is honestly just wear and tear - it hit the life that Matt estimated it would... but due to their nature they dont give you advance warning they are dying - at the start of the journey it was fine...

it sulked going into 5th for a short while on the motorway - and by the time i travellled 80 miles and got to reading there was nothing left... no slip just no disengagement of the gears.... drove it clutchless for the last 500m of the journey, and called the AA when i had to leave

Helix do a uprated organic plate that should fit under the uprated cover i have (aimed at teh T16's) - so if i am lucky - i can just get a new friction plate - one that will last longer, be nicer to drive and give me some more warning when it is getting tired!

I never hit the torque figures we were planning for so i dont need a paddle one....

Yep that's the same as mine haha... ,brighton seafont 5:40pm at the lights by the Brighton center.. boy did I cause a jam haha.
That's the sort I have just fitted to the 4 but I'm never gonna feel what its like fully since it will be driven to the mot and sold after... it was a bad idea getting a gt4.
What was the target then?

Would be epic to have the BBQ idea but sadly it couldnt be here... It's getting silly busy and I just can't guarantee the safety of our cars and I know I wouldn't get left alone withOut 'can you just's' from the owner.. That being said I don't I don't mind doing a BBQ anywhere else haha

Welcome back mate! :)

This proves how good MG`s actually are, once driven... never forgotten! ;)

I remembered yesterday why my ZR is so good, with some spirited driving around some twisty country lanes! :D
