its a 180, 46k from new, very very clean car. plans are to keep it looking like this but fix a few small bits for now and full rust treatment to the underside and inner sills etc, prob will do a few small mods but nothing to big just yet. it came with head light protectors and uper and rear braces wich are not fitted at the min and may well be for sale because we use the boot, also has the rear sun blind installed which i have been told is rare

few pics of the toy we have too, vics owned it 9years now and its now come off the road for a bare shell rebuild to show room standard hence buying the zs as a second car

the zr is running approx 250bhp, the rolling road print out was before i made the manifold and new down pipe, its running a hybrid t25 with tg28rs exhaust housing and bigger wheels in it etc, 2.5 inch exhaust, large front mount with hard piping, head has been port matched and so has the inlet manifold, custom air box with 6inch cold air feed, running 13psi. love it but not really a pratical family car

Wow, two very nice cars you have there!
I would be interested to see / hear how you went about the TF 4 pots on the ZR (assuming that is what they are). Do you have some more info or better still pictures too of the install?

they are indeed the tf 4 pots on a zr, but not on zr hubs, you have to remove too much meat from the zr hubs so ithey are on r8 hubs with the 4 bolt holes in the back with custom brackets and fait 308mm discs machined down to fit, also had to change lower arms, track rod ends and rollbar mounts, more work than expected but you get the mg logo on there

Does the tf brakes make a difference? I was told they couldn't provide anywhere near the zs180 brakes braking force due to tiny piston area in total...

4 pots work a treat. Good improvement over the620ti set up I had on there, the other reason for fitting them is cheapness of pads and the range of pads avaible for them, they work great ontrack with great peddle feel, I got told it was a waste of time to fit the buy lots of people, all of which had not fitted them there selfs so how would they know anyway

Yeh, I saw a thread on Rover tech I think it was with a guy who chopped loads off to make them fit a ZR hub, deffo didnt look safe especially given the fact that where he had cut went to a right angle so just asking to fracture.
Sounds like you have got around it a good way by using parts from the older Rovers, us ZS folk don't have that option though unfortunately :(
