Last night finally got around to changing my front discs & pads which I bought a few weeks ago & also managed to get the catch rank mounted & plumbed in which has been on the cards for over a year.. :weakbench:

New discs with ebc yellows ready for track outing

Finally oil catch tank in place which I think goes well with the induction pipe work :D

I know it's not much but it all means that finally in the hectic daily goings on I'm finally getting the things done to the car I have wanted to for quite some time..

Exactly, just looking to purchase a set of coilovers for it now so can start playing about with the ride height and setup on the car.
I know some will say don't touch the suspension as it is so good standard but even if its just to lower a little I think it will then look more the way I want it.
Will all be a learning curve too.

Thank you Dan, trying to keep it looking neat & tidy :)

I agree, its all about making it a little but more your own with your own individual take on certain things.
Functional & decorative. I really want to drop it though as I love a low ZS..

Nice piping, I want it in YELLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got all the silicone piping off eBay through mrsilicone which all came through as ASH performance pipe work.
Can't find the link atm but was available in all different colours.

All looking good, trouble is I cant see you sitting back and not doing anything!!

Coilovers, did I see on the list??

Sure it will be a first class job, if the catch tank is anything to go by.

Thanks for the top compliments Peter, all apreciated ;0).
Yeah have wanted coilovers for a while now & have finally found a set that I hopefully will be getting if all works out ok, just wanted to speak to others first who have fitted them to find out more about any possible usage issues and how low people have gone before running into problems.
Want them for both looks & performance really although I think primarily looks as the ZS handles superbly out of the box imo.

Also want a decat & cams then should be where I want it for now..

The wish list continues lol

It catches oil before it goes into the plenum.

I won't re post peters link but it is all to help prolong the life of the manifold (don't think it's honestly been proven either way if it does or doesn't truly help) but for the sake of a few £'s if it does long term stop me from having to buy a £500 odd pound new manifold or try to find a decent 2nd hand one then I'm all for giving it a go.

I still in honesty don't grasp the full ins & outs of what goes on but the manifold replacement prospect is enough for me to give this a shot :shifty:

It's all good fun.!

Also thanks for the compliments, trying to keep it as clean / matching as I can lol

Thanks buddy, trying to make it all look as nice as I can without being ott.

I think it would benefit most engines but the v6 does seem to have a particular weak point here. Lots of turbo's & performance cars run catch tanks so must be something behind it all.
