How would I go about splitting the master and slave at the connection if I can find a good master?

It's a push-fit coupling, use a couple of small screwdrivers to release the joint.

Yea, pull the collar back, remember it is under pressure so will be tight to disconnect, it has a valve fitted so will not pi$$ fluid out.

If I were closer I would have a master you could use. Slave was busted.......as one would expect!

yea, it was shot when i bought it, james gave me a spare setup but his bracket is broken aswell so wont last very long im guessing, plus the clutch pedal is stupidly high on them isnt it, never had to lift my leg so high to reach the pedal

Silly isn't it, I've had my spare OE set up sitting in the shed for 2 years and with in 4 days I have 2 locals wanting to borrow it.

As Steve says the slave bracket is cracked, and his was shot. I think he's also borrowed my good set up, he has the old set up but the master cylinder has gone on that as well.
