Right, i`ve just done a deal on a cheap MK2 that i`ll offer up as is at the moment.

2005

no tax or test
written off for rear bumper damage which I believe has literally broken it`s clips. will have a good look when I pick the car up. needs VIC apparently.

full 180 kit
hatchback

that`s all I have to go on just now, but looks a clean and tidy car.

offers around the £700 mark as it stands. ideal turbo project ;)

the risk you run with that is putting time into it and not getting a realistic amount of cash back again

Could also end up paying more getting it on the road than it's worth as a buyer I guess. Looks really nice though, even as a hatch!

Picked up tonight, looks like i`ll put a bit of time and money in and get it back on the road. VIC check seems to put folk off.

its only something like 35 to get it done i think,my last zs needed one,never got round to doing it,your better getting it ready to drive away,you will get more money for it mate,it will sell,nice motor!

Blair I'm probably going to keep this one as a spare, but I'm sure I have another one in a mates garage. I did have 4 and I've only sold 1, so there should be another extra one somewhere.

I know it sounds shocking but I think I've lost an engine :laugh:
