breather hoses

at the top right of the engine there is another breather pipe,do i need to take the plenum to get to this,or is there another way to see if its blocked,dont want to take it off if i dont!
ps its the only picture i could find lol,and i cant draw circles etc on the pics lol!

It maybe diffcult to access the locking collar to free it from the camcover housing. What makes you think there is a blockage? Highly unlikely I would say.
