hi av just got my self a mg zs 180 i have never had 1 of these befor and i noticed that the clutch pedal is very low its a 2002 model salon only give 500 for it with 68000 miles any ideas wot i should be looking for with omon faults with this car cheers

That's an unusual complaint on one of these they normally sit to high.it may have been fitted with an aftermarket hydraulic clutch setup which may just need readjusting.welcome along by the way.have a search for the sheddist kit that is the clutch upgrade I.am.talking about.

if its the original spec,sounds like the slave cylinder is about to go,im sure there will be other guys to give you ideas,welcome mate

Looks nice. Issue might also be worn clutch but if only done 68k it should last alot longer than that tbh. But as suggested check the hydraulics are okay.

My first 180 had a very low bite, about 15mm from open to closed but could not find and faults or leaks???

Mine had a very low bite on it was fine for a few months then it started getting a little hard to put into first gear the hydraulics were well on the way so put the sheddist kit on and never looked back best upgrade you can do on a 180 in my opinion

Mine does that some time wen am in traffic on off the clutch all the time
