Problem is he hasn't done anything illegal plus Im sure a copper somewhere has spotted it now anyway
If hes tried to claim on the insurance wouldn't it have been blacklisted or something?

I checked out the report function, very basic entries and not applicable to this seller so didn't bother. If anyone bought this then they deserve all they get!
