Whats the easiest way to know if your MG was built at Longbridge?

One of the numbers in the VIN gives the build location.

Easy...........All the Zeds were built at Longbridge, as it was the only factory MGR had, once it split from BMW. They kept Cowley for the MINI, and Solihull went with Land rover to FORD. The 75 was built at Cowley, until the split, then every MGR except the MGF was built in Longbridge. even though it was still massivly under production. As in its prime it had the capacity to make 500,000 cars a year. It never got anywhere near even with the Metro, that was one of Rovers problems.

Do you mean registered at the factory?

Any ZED with B* is birmingham registered, however most were BX**
