My 180 has become stiff and knotchy to get into gear over the last few days its fine when the engines off I had the plastic cylinder and bracket replaced about 4 months ago can it be that again or something else any help would be appreciated

If you believe the Slave side is ok and the Bracket is its more then likely the bracket on the Master.

Could be the gearshaft pin, bottom of box or possibly a stiff actuator arm, doubt if the slave has gone again, but check anyway. When was the oil last changed? Could be the cold affecting it.

Im not sure when the oil was changed last it had a new clutch just over a year ago two im hoping its something simple or it might be time for a change

Why did the slave get changed? Seized clutch arm? If the cause of why the first one failed wasn't rectified, it'll just happen again.

Not a good sign, best check the slave and bracket for starters, then look towards the master. If indeed the slave has gone then it'll point towards the arm not being serviced when the clutch was changed.

You could try some wd40 where the arm comes out of the box, it might take a few goes before you notice any difference, I do mine about 2/3 times a year with graphite chain lube, it definitely makes a difference.

Halfords have a ptfe based chain lube which would work just as well

Farting against thunder by greasing the arm from outside. It needs the box out and arm off, cleaned - lubed and put back in. If its burst the seal on your slave then you'll need to renew it again.
