Fierce little Metro

Pretty tidy, although it's probably not 180hp, no mods listed and a MEMS2J VVC so 143hp base. Still be enough to get up and move quite nicely though.

I like that a lot.! My mate had one with the old 143bhp vvc lump in it and that used to fly, if this is really a proven 180bhp that would be a monster and lots of fun to go with it :)

True, but it never put us off building quick Mini's.

Expensive for 2K. Seen similar if not better i.e. true 160s go on metropower for £1200

Agree, bit over priced but its till a nice looking one. Would be better if there was proof of the supposed work and build by the company.
Would still like one of these as a weekend toy.

I used to have an identical looking Metro, albeit with a 1.1!

Might be MEMS3, it isn't impossible to adapt the earlier manifold to take the MEMS3 sensors, just not as easy as fitting the later inlet.

Indivdulised hydroelastic spheres would only work like coilovers if you did something clever and added remote tanks for each corner.

My son used to have one that looked like that, not just looks a mess.

I know but the ECU is clearly MEMS2J.

In order for the hydragas units to have the functionality of individually setting ride height and spring rates, you need to be able to adjust the nitrogen level, which you can't do without modding the sphere.
