I've not used one, but it looks ok for the money.

can#t expect it to be too accurate for that sort of money, but looks and sounds decent enough for a bit of fun

The back-up warranty sounds good, so they must have faith in the product plus their score is pretty good.

I'd get one if I didn't already have a set up. Looks pretty cool and shouldn't be too bad with accuracy as it's only really a display of the OBD2 outputs.
