Guys, what is the best way to lubricate my accelerator cable. Can I just squirt some wd down the sheath or is there some way of greasing it up etc.

BTW It's on the car at the moment.

Wouldnt fancy squirting wd40 down my sheath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! :crazy::crazy:

Probably to disconnect it at the t/b end so you can get the end higher than the pedal then spray some graphite lube down it.

It has loads of uses round the car, locks, hinges etc.

Cheers Pete, just feels a little sticky and its not that old either. Might of been sitting on a shelf for ages tho, thanks for the info bud.
