Which 'tubes' do I need

They're quite cheap from rimmers so will get them from there.

Now is it either

or
HJQ100430PMA

2 of each type iirc, one is plain, and the other has a ratchet to set the height of the headrest

So I need 2 of each?

One set for the drivers side rear and one set for the passenger side rear?

What I mean is I need one locking and one normal each side?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what I did when I fitted them, I'll confirm that tomorrow when it's light outside.

Depends on what you've got really now mines a mk2 so won't be able to pinch that much.

Done today, will get some pics tomorrow. Back is killing now am getting too old for this.

Had to cut the srs cables and rewire the other ones from the xpg. The xpg had an extra connector taped up under the seat so I guess that's for the heated seats, mine didn't have those.

Doubled a yellow ZS's value then by putting leathers in it - good move ..... ;)

Welcome to the world of bad backs then .... mine's killing too after having a go taking a Mondeo apart.

I'm sure mine trumps yours, 20 years and i'm only 30. A constant pain coupled with torticollis.

Fair enough .... sounds nasty mate. Mine's just through hard labour. I'm not built for it.
