I have a tuning box from a 45TD I was breaking.

I've no idea what it does if I'm honest. I've never dealt with them before. It is exactly as removed it. I simply unplugged it.

It says DGM1/2 on it, tuning diesels.com

£55 posted please

That looks suspiciously like a Rover Ron Mafam tuning box :)

The Maf in that car is most likely a Peirsburg Maf then and would probably be better selling along with this box.

Will take the 115bhp TD to around 130 IIRC...

It's a Bosch mate

It's a Bosch mate

Fair enough :) Still a worth while upgrade (the tuning box) for any Diesel.

Shame it doesn't fit the Renault Engine I have...

That is a mafam and works with a pierburg maf installed ,its designed to compensate the maf reading but isn't a "tuning box" ie: it doesn't increase power only increases the signal from the maf .You say its a bosch but bang to a buck its a pierburg unit inside the bosch maf casing.
And there only £79 delivered new with warrenty

yeah was just going to second - that is the digiatam version of the mafam RoverRon created.

useful ffor boosting out of spec or failing maf sensors. can't give more performance than the ECU mapping side allows - as no 'extra' fuel is delivered - but it does boost the MAF signl so the car injects as much as the tables allow.

when the MAf is out of spec - one of these really feels like it is a tuning box though when fited :D
