Had a look at on autotrader for MGRV8s after seeing one at Duxford for sale and came accross this -

Interesting, I wonder who built it, was it a one off from MG, I thought all the RV8's were roadsters.

Went round Goodwood with a MG/Rover driver, who put a MGR V8 through its paces.

When I said I had a MGB he was pleased and got the thing sideways, most of the demos he just went round without pushing it.

Bet they are fun in the wet.

think that looks pretty cool and I'll bet its a bit of a handfull!
Though I'd be spending my dough on an RS4 I'm afraid, still a V8 but just that bit faster.
Been looking at them and can afford one with finance and insurance of £700 a year but all the sites say you need a lot of cash for a rainy day.

It's a custom job. Nicely done though. Been for sale for a while.
Lovely cars! Like a more refined and reliable tvr. Will be on the hunt for one within the next year as my dad wants one.

It was featured in one of the MG mags a few months ago.

MG never made an RV8 GT, although that conversion isn't the first by any stretch.

As much as I'm a massive MG fan, the RV8 has never really appealed to me; great in a straight line but just not that great around corners. I know this puts me in the minority amongst MG people but oh well.
