I missed some adjustable camber arms for £75 yesterday so I'd have forked out for these just because they'd have matched! Haha
But my question is, what are the benefits of these over standard items?

no Ross, they need the collar machining down if using mg shocks. I am running civic units so they fit without any mods.

cheers

To Quote Ross,

hell of alot lighter but will need some machining work to fit the stock MG shock. Its been well documented on Rovertech with a guy offering a machine service in Kenilworth from memory.

The anti roll bar needs 10mm taken off... any machine shop can do it for a few quid

Ahh right I thought it was the lower shock mount that was too wide?

The shock mount needs machining. I got mine done at work, reduced the head of the polybush and shortened the collar.

Sorry had brain fade there... it is the shock mount

The anti roll bar mount needs different bolts as the thread is finer

Seem a bit more work than they are worth (at the full RRP) and I don't know of any engineering firms round me :/
The look cool in black though, and are something I'd want to end up sorting.
These, camber arms, or save up for LSD :/ ???

I've also just seen the brembodge group buy on RT.

I want it all :(

Just found the drawing of the mods I made that made it work. To me it was the best way. Feel free to use.

Exactly how I did mine Mick, 2.5mm off both ends of the poly bush halves, and 2.5 off each end of the lower shock mounting collar, I used some spare 40mm tubes so didn't bother shortening the ones that came with the arms.

Turning the bush face off was the only naff part as the material is not ideal for machining.

I did it with a disc in a die grinder :pirate:
