He's owned this for about 4 months, and bought it for £1400.

What a liar, he didn't even own it in Nov 2012.

Yeah, he changes cars more often than the weather changes, it'll be interesting to see if he gets his asking price, the rear bumper has been repaired and repainted apparently.

Still a good price for those mods, wonder why it's selling so quickly then

I made contact with the seller last time around and from his user name - not sure what it was or what forum it was - think XPF - I read up on the car and it had some running issues. Fair point about the mods though, but IIRC when the cams etc went in, he had running issues.

Didnt this have some serious bodywork damage on the back-end?

Wasn't serious, just annoying but it came with a bumper to replace the damaged one. New one did need colour matching but was there. Also had a scrape on nsr arch which wasn't amazing.

Still a great car with a very good spec list now but I still think he's going to struggle to get that for it, may be wrong but as we know at present that's a lot of money for a zs unfortunately :(

£1200 for a fuel pump and 4 tyres - ouch - even at an extremly generous £200 a tyre that still leaves £400 for the pump, I know the tank has to be dropped on the mk2 but I paid £160 for a new pump to be fitted in March.

I paid £47 for my brand new fuel pump 3 weeks ago, and fitted it myself. Snapped both tank strap threaded bars though!! £1.45 for two lengths of bar from the local hardware store later, and hey presto, new brackets fabricated.
In the end, it wasn't the fuel pump, it was the wires where they enter the tank, but I fitted the pump anyway after all the mither!

He apparently sold it for 2.5k, then bought an RX8 because it would be better on fuel than a V6.............flol

Give it two months, the wankel will break and get quoted £100000000 to fix. Tons of cheap RX8's for sale with engine issues.
