Digital Walk throughs??? Help Please

I was expecting an architectural walk through where you can walk through 3D buildings.

That video wasn't very clear. What is it supposed to do?

it is supposed to be like a tutorial it can also be used in a way to show how you achived something you designed step by step etc i need to do one and havnt got a clue on how to do one?
