Just jumped on board from mg-rover.org recommended by sky0000547. How much are you after for you starights? I'm looking to put straights on my mk2 if I can get them at decent price. Do you have to buy and fit the new wheels first before you sell yours?

What straights are you after? mk1's or mk2's??

I'm after the mk1 straights. I think I can get away with putting them on mk2 zs. Might not look good on it as the mk2 straights look on it but the mk2 straights are hard to find and very expensive.

Don't get me wrong I'll rather get the mk2 straights if I can get my hands on them at a good price but I doubt it.

I got my mk2 straights off Smokey for £250 with knackered tyres and a few very light scuffs on the rims.

I am taking my car on track so the rims will be abused over time so wasn't too fussed on 'excellent' condition ones.....

You need to remember that the mk2 straights are 7.5J and on a mk2 they do not fill the bodykit very well.....

On a mk1 they look better.......I personally would advise not to put mk1 straights on a mk2 for aesthetic reasons.

All you can do is PM anyone selling mk2 rims with an offer.....

Yea but from my point of view I think mk1 straights it should look very good on the mk2 although I've never seen a mk2 with them on. I think this because multi-spokes looks good on almost every sporty looking car. I'd be very interested to see a mk2 like that first though before I go ahead and buy them.

Wow that would be great I'm in East London so not that far from you. When are your alloys going? One more thing have you seen a mk2 with the mk1 on before?

I am after mk2 straights from ZS for my ZR. I have 17" straights to sell. I can buy the mk2 striaghts before I sell the others as long as I know the offer Im getting on mine.
